Warford Orthodontics provides various online and offline marketing campaigns to consumers. For the purposes of our online campaigns we have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for our Web sites. Some of our Web sites may contain links to other sites. Warford Orthodontics is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
Collection of Information
· E-Mail Marketing In general, we may collect personal information from recipients of our marketing campaigns and visitors to our Web site when they voluntarily provide it to us by (1) completing our registration form or a survey, (2) registering for a contest or sweepstakes, (3) electing to use one of our services, or (4) contacting us (including our webmaster, customer service representatives, or other employees) by email. We offer visitors to our Web site and recipients of our marketing campaigns the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us. If you have subscribed to our service and wish to stop receiving any future communications from us, please use the unsubscribe link included in all of our email marketing messages. We take all reasonable measures to ensure that your unsubscribe requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. However, despite these precautions, there is always the chance that after you unsubscribe you may receive additional communications from us that may have resulted from an inadvertent technical or other processing error. In the event that Warford Orthodontics or any of its assets are acquired by a third party, personal information acquired by us may be one of the assets transferred.
